Frequently Asked Editorial Questions
- What information is in your printed publications that is not on your Web site?
Our publications run thousands and thousands of articles per year. We choose a very small sample of those articles for our Web site. Our Web site serves as a sample of the kind of depth and breadth of information that we offer in print. It also enhances and allows us to develop searchable databases and other features that we can only offer using Internet technology. Most importantly, our Web site gives us a way to hear back from our valuable subscribers so we can make our publications better and better. In addition to much more of the kind of clear and consise articles you will find here on our Web site, our printed publications have many articles that are timely and responsive to current events and ecomomic condtions. - How can I get personal advice on how an article you published affects my situation?
As much as we would like to share the wealth of knowledge accumulated during 25 years of publishing practical ideas from some of the great thinkers of the last 25 years, we cannot advise our subscribers personally in any way. Return to Top
- How can I contact your expert source for more information?
When we publish an article, we include all the contact information on our sources that we can give to our subscribers. In most cases, it is enough to send a letter to our source. Unless otherwise specified, regular mail is the best way to contact our sources. If the source's address is not given in the article, then write to us and we will forward your letter to our expert. However, our expert sources are not required, nor expected, to give personal advice or answer specific questions for individual subscribers. Some experts will give personal advice but often on a professional fee basis. The sources we use in our publications are the leading experts in their fields, as such their time is in very high demand. Many sources cannot respond at all because of their ongoing professional commitments. Return to Top
