  • How do I change my mailing address?

To change your address in our files, just Contact Us and advise us of your new mailing information.

We will promptly change your address in our records, but you should allow four to six weeks for delivery to the new address. We may have already mailed (or prepared to mail) an issue to your old address.

  • Once I subscribe, when will I receive my first copy?

Depending on the country of destination and at what stage we are in preparing the next issue, delivery of your first newsletter can take up to four to six weeks to reach you. If you are experiencing an unusual delay, please don't hesitate to Contact Us.

  • How can I renew my subscription?

Subscriptions can be renewed by responding to one of our renewal notices, or to renew today Contact Us. You will need to advise us as to which publication you'd like to renew and for how long, typically for one or two more years. However, we have many great options from which to choose!

  • I never received a particular issue. What do I do?

    There are several reasons you may not have received an issue. We may not have your correct mailing address on our records. There may be problems or delays with the postal service in delivering your copies. Occasionally, too, issues can be damaged or lost in the mail. Please Contact Us so that we may verify your information and replace any missing issues.

Also, we may not have received your request to renew your subscription. If we do not receive your renewal instructions before the address label for the last issue on your subscription is generated, you'll miss the next issue. That means we need your renewal instructions at least six weeks prior to your subscription's expiration. Please Contact Us to let us know that you would like to renew.

  • Do you ever give my name to other companies?

If you supply us with your postal address on-line, or if you are a print subscriber, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information about new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please Contact Us to let us know.
